Yellow Squash Muffins Recipe
Ingredients:
1 tsp of salt
2 c of squash (yellow); cooked ’til soft
1 c of butter
2 pcs of eggs
3 c of flour
1 c of sugar
1 Tbsps & 2 tsp of baking powder
Instructions:
Drain cooked squash then mash it. Combine with butter and eggs, then stir very well and set mixture aside. In separate bowl, combine rest of ingredients and create depression in middle then pour squash mix on it. Stir ’til moist.
Pour mixture on muffin tin cups that have been greased then bake, 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 mins.
