Triple Chocolate Muffins Recipe
Ingredients:
2 c of flour (all-purpose); sifted
1/2 c of cocoa (powdered & unsweetened); sifted
1.5 c of sugar (white); sifted
1/6 Tbsp of baking soda; sifted
2/3 Tbsp of baking powder; sifted -
1/4 tsp of salt; sifted
1 pc of egg
1 & 1/4 c of milk
2 Tbsps of vegetable oil
1/3 Tbsp of vanilla extract
4 Tbsps of sugar (white)
1 c of choco chips (semisweet)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven, 350 degrees F. Grease or paper-line muffin tin cups. Combine sifted ingredients in one bowl then vanilla, oil, egg and milk in another bowl. Mix the two mixtures together and add chips, stirring well.
Pour mixture into muffin tin cups up to 3/4 then sprinkle with white sugar. Then bake 20-25 minutes ’til wooden stick inserted into middle will come out without sticky crumbs.
