Strawberry Muffins Recipe
Ingredients:
2.5 c of flour (all-purpose)
1.5 c of strawberries (fresh; sliced)
1 c of buttermilk (nonfat)
2/3 c of sugar
1/3 c of margarine (melted)
1.5 Tbsps of sugar
1&1/4 tsp of vanilla
1 tsp of baking soda
1 pc of egg (lightly beaten)
3/4 tsp of cinnamon (ground)
1 pc of egg white (lightly beaten)
1.5 Tbsps of sugar
Instructions:
Mix the flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in bowl then stir it well. Drop strawberries and mix it well; create depression in the middle. Blend buttermilk, margarine, vanilla extract, egg and egg white. Pour mixture into the depression of flour mixture then stir it ’til it moistened.
Spread mixture evenly to 18 pcs of muffin tin cups that have been cooking-sprayed. Scatter 1.5 tablespoons of sugar over the muffins’ surface evenly. Then bake it 25 mins at 350 degrees F or ’til the wooden stick will come out without sticky crumbs, then take it off from the pan instantly.
