Special Cake Muffins Recipe

Ingredients:

For the muffins:

1&3/4 c of flour
3/4 c of milk
1/3 c of oil (vegetable)
1.5 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of nutmeg
1 pc of egg

For the coating:

1 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 c of margarine or butter
3/4 c of sugar

Instructions:

Preheat the oven 350 deg Fahrenheit. Mix the (baking) powder, flour, nutmeg and salt using bowl. Then mix the egg, milk, oil, and sugar thoroughly in separate bowl.

Pour mixture to non-wet ingredients then stir. Fill up to 2/3 twelve pieces of greased tins for muffins. Don’t utilize paper cups as liners for muffins. Bake 20-25 mins.
