Refrigerator English Tea Muffins Recipe

Ingredients:

3/4 c of sugar (refined)
1 c of milk
1/2 c of butter (unsalted)
2 c of flour; sifted
2 tsps of baking powder (Calumet)
1 pc of egg (beaten)
3/4 c of raisins
1/2 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp of cinnamon (ground)
1/4 tsp of sugar (brown)
1/4 tsp of nuts

Instructions:

Beat the butter and sugar, then add the eggs till creamy. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, raisins, cinnamon, sugar. Add dry mixture and milk alternately onto the creamy mixture.

Grease muffin pan and fill the cups. Bake at 350 degrees F for twenty mins.
