Preheat the oven up to 375� degrees. Then spray or grease your 12-cup muffin mold using any non-stick cooking/vegetable spray. On a big bowl for mixing, blend in flours, baking powder, oats, cinnamon and sugar. Blend well. Create a tiny well or hole within the middle of your batter.
