Peanut Butter Fudgy Muffins Recipe

Ingredients:

1/3 c of semi-sweet choco chips
1/4 tsp of salt
3/4 c of milk
1 & 2/3 c of flour
1/3 c of oil
1/2 c of light brown sugar; packed firmly
1 & 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
1 Tbsp of butter (unsalted)
1 Tbsp of baking powder
1/2 c of peanut butter
1 slightly beaten egg

Instructions:

Prepare oven. Heat it to four hundred degrees Fahrenheit. Have muffin cups greased. In saucepan, heat butter and choco chips ’til melted, stir constantly. Take away from fire and then set it aside. Combine sugar, flour, salt and (baking) powder in bowl.

Separately mix milk, oil, peanut butter, vanilla and egg; combine both mixtures, mixing well. Pour one-half of the batter onto pans. Spread choco mixture evenly among the muffins, at least a teaspoon in every pan. Avoid smudging edges of muffin cups.

Pour rest of the batter all over choco filling. Then bake ’til light brown or at least 20 to 25 mins.
