Peanut Butter and Jelly Muffins Recipe

Ingredients:

1 & 3/4 c of flour (all-purpose)
2 & 1/2 tsp of baking powder
3/4 c of milk
1/2 c of peanut butter
1/2 c of fruit jelly
1/3 c of sugar
1/2 tsp of salt
1 egg (large)
1/3 c of melted butter

Instructions:

Prepare your oven. Heat it to three hundred seventy-five degrees. Grease and line muffin cups. Combine flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in bowl. Separately mix peanut-butter w/ egg. Have milk added slowly to the mixture, add in butter, mix. Combine by pouring wet mixture into dry components, stirring gently.

Scoop tablespoonful of your batter onto bottom part of muffin cups. Press batter w/ one finger and place 1 tsp of fruit jelly onto the indentation. Cover w/ another tablespoonful, filling 2/3 of the cup.

Spread batter making sure no fruit jelly comes out. Bake them for twenty minutes the remove muffins from pan and cool in racks.
