No Fat Banana Crunch Muffins Recipe
Ingredients:
2 bananas; mashed
1/2 cup of whole wheat-flour
1/2 cup of barley
1/2 teaspoon of (baking) soda
1/4 cup of egg substitute
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of white-flour
1/2 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
Instructions:
In mixing bowl, combine together flours, salt, sugar, barley, baking powder and baking soda. Separately mix rest of ingredients and combine both mixtures in large bowl. Blend well and spoon into muffin cups.
Bake muffins at 350 degrees F for twenty to thirty minutes.
