Mississippi Spice Muffins Recipe

Ingredients:

1 c of sugar
1/2 c of butter
2 c of flour
1 c of applesauce
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 c of nuts (pecans); chopped
1 tsp of all-spice
1 tsp of (baking) soda
1/2 tsp of cloves
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 pc of egg

Instructions:

Beat sugar and butter together. Add applesauce, spices and eggs. Beat mixture well. Add in nuts and bake on muffin pan that had been greased at an oven temperature of 350 deg F for about half an hour.
