Mango Banana Muffins Recipe
Ingredients:
2 tsp of (baking) powder
2 c of flour
3/4 c of juice (apple; concentrate)
1/2 c of soy milk
1/4 c of applesauce
1/2 tsp of salt
1 c of pulp of mango; mashed
2 pcs of bananas (ripe); mashed
Instructions:
Combine salt, flour and baking powder into a large-sized bowl. Create a hole in middle of flour mixture. Combine banana, applesauce, soy and concentrate in another bowl. Pour wet ingredients into hole, stirring quickly using fork ’til dampened. Add in pulp of mango.
Fill the greased muffin cups and bake into a preheated oven with temperature of 400 degrees F for twenty-five minutes ’til golden-brown.
