Lemon Cream Cheese Muffins Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pc of egg
1.5 c of flour
1/2 c & 1 tsp of oil
2/3 c of sugar
1/2 c of milk
4 ozs of cream cheese; room temperature
1.5 tsp of salt
1 pc of lemon
1 Tbsp of sugar
2 Tbsps of lemon juice

Instructions:

Combine sugar, milk, oil and egg together. Dice cheese and mix 2 tablespoons of flour. Shred rind of one lemon and add in salt. Blend all ingredients together and fill the a dozen muffin cups. Let it bake for 20 to 25 mins in an oven temperature of 375 deg Fahrenheit.
