Lemon Blueberry Muffins Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 tsp of salt
1.5 c of blueberries (frozen or fresh)
1/2 c of sour cream
1 pc of egg; beaten lightly
1/2 c of milk
1 Tbsp of baking powder
6 Tbsps of butter; melted
1 tsp of lemon zest
2 tsps of juice (lemon)
1/2 c of sugar
2 c of flour
Instructions:
Put some paper cups on muffin tins. Combine salt, flour and baking-powder into a medium-sized bowl. Combine berries and 3 tablespoons of the dry ingredients into a small-sized bowl then blend well. Combine lemon zest and juice, butter, milk, egg and cream into a large-sized bowl.
Blend with the dry ingredients and mix ’til dampened. Mix in gently the blueberries and bake inside a preheated oven with a temperature of 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 to 25 mins.
