Ice Cream Muffins Recipe

Ingredients:

1 Tbsp of (baking) powder
2 tsps of oil
1 tsp of salt
2 c of ice cream (soft vanilla)
1 pc of egg
1.5 c of flour

Instructions:

Grease the muffin cups. Combine (baking) powder, salt and flour in a bowl. Blend in oil and ice cream together and mix ’til moistened. Let it bake in a preheated oven with a temperature of 425 degrees-F for 20 to 25 minutes ’til golden-brown.
