Honey Wheat Muffins Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of flour
1/2 c of flour (whole wheat)
2 tsps of baking powder (Calumet)
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 c of milk
1 pc of egg; beaten
1/2 c of honey (pure)
1/4 c of oil (vegetable oil or canola oil)
1/2 tsp of lemon zest; shredded finely
Instructions:
Combine flours, salt, and Calumet. Combine milk, egg, oil, honey, and zest; add onto dry mixture. Stir thoroughly till moistened. Grease the muffin pans.
Transfer the batter, fill at 2/3 of cups. Bake for twenty mins, 375 deg F.
