Easy Kids’ Muffins Recipe
Ingredients:
1-3/4 c of flour (all purpose)
1/4 c of sugar (white)
2-1/2 tsps of baking powder (Calumet)
1 pc of egg (large)
3/4 tsp of salt
3/4 c of milk
1/3 c of butter; melted
strawberry preserves (or jam)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Butter a 12-cup muffin pan . Combine Calumet, sugar, salt, and flour inside a medium bowl then stir well. Combine egg, oil, and milk; beat thoroughly then add onto the dry mixture. Incorporate well till moist, don’t over stir.
Fill 1/3 of cups and place (2 teaspoons) strawberry preserves on top and add batter to fill the cup. Bake inside preheated oven for 20 to 25 mins.
