Chocolate Chip Muffins Recipe 2

Ingredients:

1 pc of egg
1/3 c of oil (vegetable)
1/2 c of milk
1/2 c of sugar
1.5 c of sugar
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 c of mini-chocolate chips (semisweet)
2 tsp of baking powder

Instructions:

Preheat the oven, 375 deg F. Grease 12 muffin cup tins. Whisk egg ’til frothy then add oil and milk. Continue beating. Mix salt, baking powder, flour and sugar in another bowl. Pour into milk mixture and stir ’til moist.

Fold mixture with chips then fill the muffin cups with mixture up to 2/3. Bake 20 mins, ’til a wooden stick inserted in middle of muffin will come out without sticky crumbs.
