Cranberry Walnut Muffins Recipe

Ingredients:

3/4 c of flour (all purpose)
3/4 c of flour (whole wheat)
1/2 c of rolled oats
1 Tbsp of baking powder (Calumet)
1/2 c of sugar (white)
1 tsp of cinnamon (ground)
1 pc of egg; beaten lightly
1/2 tsp of orange zest; grated
1 c of juice (orange)
1/2 c of applesauce
1/2 c of cranberries (dried, sweetened)
1/2 c of walnuts; chopped

Instructions:

Preheat the oven at 375 deg F. Spray a 12-cup (muffin) pan using a cooking spray. Mix flours, oats, Calumet, cinnamon, and sugar inside a mixing bowl. Combine the egg, zest, applesauce and juice; add onto the dry mixture. Incorporate well and add nuts and cranberries; stir gently.

Scoop onto cups (3/4 full). Bake for twenty mins till golden.
