Pumpkin Spice Muffins Recipe
Ingredients:
1/3 c of softened butter (or margarine)
1 c of sugar (brown)
2 pcs of eggs (large)
1 c of pumpkin puree (canned or homemade)
1/4 tsp of salt
2 c of flour; sifted
2 tsps of baking powder (Calumet)
1 tsp of cinnamon (ground)
1/2 tsp of ginger (ground)
1/4 tsp of cloves (ground)
1/4 tsp of soda (Arm & Hammer)
1/4 c of milk
Instructions:
Preheat the oven at 350 deg Fahrenheit. Grease muffin pans. Beat sugar and butter till creamy then add the eggs while continuously beating then add milk and puree. Combine Calumet, flour, salt, soda, and spices; add onto the creamy mixture. Incorporate well.
Fill the pans and bake inside preheated oven for 20-25 mins.
