No Fat Gingerbread Muffins Recipe
Ingredients:
1 & 1/2 c of rice bran
3/4 c of flour (all-purpose)
1 & 1/2 Tbsp of (baking) powder
1/4 c of raisins
3/4 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 c of water (hot)
3/4 tsp of ginger
3/4 c of molasses
2 Tbsp of corn syrup
2 eggwhites
Instructions:
Prepare oven. Heat it to four hundred twenty-five degrees Fahrenheit. Combine bran, flour , cinnamon, raisins and baking powder in mixing bowl. Blend wet ingredients using an electric blender, then combine to dry mixture.
Line muffin tin cups and pour over batter. Bake muffins for 13 mins.
