Lemon Raspberry Muffins Recipe
Ingredients:
2 c of flour
3 tsps of (baking) powder
1 c of sugar
1/2 tsp of salt
1 c of half-and-half
1/2 c of oil
2 pcs of eggs
1 tsp of lemon (extract)
1 c of raspberries w/syrup (frozen or fresh); not thawed
Instructions:
Combine salt, (baking) powder, sugar and flour inside a large-sized bowl. Blend half-and-half, extract, eggs, and oil into a small-sized bowl. Mix thoroughly. Blend ’til dampened. Add in the raspberries and bake muffins for 18 to 23 mins inside a preheated oven with temperature of 425 deg F.
