Speedy Corn Muffins Recipe

Ingredients:

1.5 c of baking mix (biscuit)
2/3 c of milk
1/4 c of butter (softened)
1/4 c of cornmeal (yellow)
8 Tbsps of sugar (white)
1 Tbsp of vanilla extract
2 pcs of eggs

Instructions:

Preheat the oven 375 deg Fahrenheit. Grease or paper-line 12 pieces of muffin tin cups, and combine the sugar and butter in huge bowl, ’til it becomes fluffy and light. One by one, add eggs while mixing it well and then pour vanilla.

Combine the cornmeal and the (baking) mix in another bowl. Combine alternately this blend into butter/egg mix with milk while stirring. Put batter to muffin tin cups and bake 20-30 minutes, ’til it is golden in color.
