Peanut Butter Banana Muffins Recipe
Ingredients:
1.5 c of flour (unsifted)
1 tsp of (baking) soda
6 Tbsps of softened butter
1/4 c of light-brown sugar (packed)
1/2 c of (maple) syrup (pure)
1 tsp of vanilla
1 tsp of baking powder
1/2 c of whipped cream
1/3 c of peanut butter
2 bananas (large, ripe); mashed
1 pc egg
1/4 c of peanuts; chopped
Instructions:
Prepare the oven. Heat it to three hundred degrees Fahrenheit. Combine (baking) soda and powder w/ flour in mixing bowl. In electric-mixer bowl, you beat margarine, cream, sugar and peanut butter ’til smooth.
Mix syrup, vanilla, egg & bananas, mixing well. Blend in dry mixture; stirring well ’til moistened. Scoop in batter into lined muffin tins, filling 3/4 of each cup, then sprinkle top w/ nuts, then bake for 25-30 mins or ’til golden-browned.
