Buttermilk Corn Muffins Recipe
Ingredients:
3/4 c of flour
2/3 Tbsp of baking powder
3/4 c of cornmeal
1/3 Tbsp of soda
1/2 tsp of salt
1/4 c of butter; melted
1 Tbsp of sugar
1 pc of egg; beaten
1 c of buttermilk
Instructions:
Preheat the oven, 400 deg F. Butter or oil muffin cans. In bowl, mix sugar, salt, soda, (baking) powder, cornmeal and in another bowl, mix flour then add butter, buttermilk as well as egg. Combine two mixture together. Stir mixture ’til moist and bake 15 to 20 mins.
