Blackberry Muffin Recipe
Ingredients
1 1/2 c of blackberries
1 c of buttermilk
1 1/2 tsp of vanilla
2 whole eggs
3/4 c of sugar
1/2 c of butter (room temperature)
1/4 tsp of salt
1 1/2 tsp of baking powder
2 c of flour (sifted)
1 tsp of Arm and Hammer (baking soda)
Instructions:
Heat oven to 375 deg Fahrenheit. Sift together the flour, Arm and Hammer (baking soda), salt and (baking) powder. Set it aside. Cream the butter, the sugar, vanilla and eggs ’till they are airy and light.
Combined the butter mixture into the flour mixture. Fold berries in. Bake muffins for twenty five minutes ’till they are nicely browned.
