Basic Muffin Mix in a Jar Recipe

Ingredients

1 c of shortening
1/3 c of baking powder
8 c of flour (all purpose); unbleached
1 Tbsp of salt
2/3 c of sugar

Instructions:

Whisk together flour, (baking) powder, salt and sugar. Cut the shortening in until mixture is crumbly. Place inside an airtight Tupper-Ware.
Label with “Muffin Mix” then keep in cool and dry storage place. Consume in ten weeks.
