Applesauce Blueberry Muffin Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of flour (all purpose)
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 c of flour (whole wheat)
3/4 c of applesauce
3 teaspoon of baking powder
1/4 c of vegetable oil
1/4 c of milk
1/2 c of blueberries
Instructions:
Grease lightly muffin tins. You may use some paper cups to line muffin tins. Combine all purpose flour, salt, whole-wheat flour and baking powder. Form well at the middle and fill with milk, oil and applesauce. Mix ’til damp. Add the blueberries.
Pour batter three-fourths full and bake into a heated oven with temperature of 375 deg Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes ’til cake tester is dry and not sticky after inserting at the middle of muffin.
