3 Healthy Muffin Recipes Just For You

I simply can’t resist any muffin. I simply love and enjoy baking different types of muffin. Creating these muffins allows me in getting an opportunity to put more fruits and grains in my healthy diet regimen.

Definitely I wouldn’t say that this is the healthiest muffin of them all, but I believe that they are a lot healthier compared to their original muffin recipe since I constantly swap ingredients and substitute them with the healthier ones.

Rather than using plain flour, I substitute it with 1/2 whole-wheat and 1/2 plain white. In regards to sugar, I prefer using 1/2 Splenda sugar substitute and 1/2 white sugar into most of my muffin delightful recipes.

I simply make it a point that these muffins should almost be free from fat since I prefer using the sugar free applesauce rather than using shortening. Then I’d switch skim milks for those whole milk ingredients.

All these wonderful recipes were rated by my relatives and members of our family with that five star rating which means they’re absolutely delectable. When eaten straight from any hot oven, you wouldn’t need any margarine or butter.

The Cinnamon & Apple Muffins simply makes any breakfast a special one. Another delectable breakfast delicacy would include a sweet pair of sugar free strawberry jam and some Sweet-Corn Muffins. These muffins taste really well with some chili. While the Orange Blueberry Muffins will taste like a special dessert treat.

CINNAMON & APPLE MUFFINS

Ingredients:

1 c of flour (plain)
1 c of flour (whole-wheat)
1/2 c of sugar (granulated)
1/2 c of sugar substitute (Splenda)
3/4 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp of vanilla
3/4 tsp of cinnamon
1 apple (medium sized); grated
1/4 tsp of salt
1 tbsp oil (vegetable)
2 pcs eggs
Sugar (brown, calorie free)
3/4 c of applesauce (sugar free)

Using a large-sized mixing bowl, blend in the dry items using a wire whisk. In another bowl, blend in the wet items together using a whisk too. Then in one different bowl, completely mix the wet recipe ingredients together with the dry items, without over mixing them. If it tends to get overly stiff simply add in some skimmed milk.

Next, spoon in your batter mixture into the muffin molders. Then sprinkle the muffin’s tops with some calorie free sugar (brown) for its glaze. Bake for about 400 degrees in your oven within the next twenty to twenty five minutes. This recipe produces 12 delicious muffins.
